Yuki will combine elements from Yoga, Acrobatics, and Thai Massage to give you an adventurous tour of AcroYoga. Guruv Yoga’s 200 Hour Program in Hatha Yoga will qualify and fulfill requirements for the candidate to register with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 Level. Guruv Yoga’s 200 Comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training Program will cover the practical, theoretical, historical, and spiritual aspects of the science of Hatha Yoga. The program requires considerable energy, time, dedication, and commitment. The student will leave with a thorough education and how to teach Hatha Yoga, the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, Hot Yoga and Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The candidate must have a dedicated personal practice, heightened awareness, and an abundance of inspiration and passion, that will fully prepare them to share the gift of yoga. Class size is limited
Requirements:
200HR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING / 8 MONTH OPTION:
STARTS JANUARY 3rd, 2015 and will meet one weekend a month for 8 months 9:00am-6:00pm. Tentative dates for 2015 are as follows:
January 3 & 4, February 21 & 22, March 14 & 15, April 11 & 12, May 16 & 17, June 6 & 7, July 25 & 26, August 29 & 30 (Graduation Day Sunday August 30th, 2014
Tuition for 8 MONTH OPTION:
*This includes 8 months of Unlimited Yoga Classes at BOTH GURUV YOGA LOCATIONS, 200hr Teacher Training Program & all monthly YIN SPECIALTY CLASSES. You can pay monthly installments of $399 or PAID IN FULL $2,999.

RICKY TRAN will be leading his signature Master Ashtanga Krama Class.This is a "recipe" of asanas, and a vigorous style of yoga. This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process that can produce an intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
This class is diverse and sequencing will vary and in general is a vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga. 3 hour master class/ All Levels welcome and encouraged to honor their own body.

While initially this style of yoga can seem quite boring, passive, or soft, yin practice can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. We can remain in the postures anywhere from one to twenty minutes! Yin and yang tissues respond quite differently to being exercised. You need to experience this to really know what Yin Yoga is all about. After you have experienced it, even just once, you will realize that you have been doing only half of the asana practice.

We will be leaving from Tymi's house 3830 Stillwood Lane, Lake Mary 32746 on beautiful Lake Mary and be out on the water for 90 minutes.
