Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A challenging body/mind adventure incorporating asanas, breathing, mindfulness and awesome music for a complete yoga experience. Build a stronger body while releasing stress and fatigue.

Hatha Yoga
Class integrates the postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation to harmonize you on every level. It is a delicious, mindful and moving class.

All levels welcome and recommended as a starting place for beginners.
Community Flow
This class will be sure to invigorate the system,detox, stretch and strengthen the body, and put you in a blissful mindset.

This is an ALL LEVELS WELCOME flow yoga class.
Gentle Yoga
One hour of gentle hatha yoga. Great for new students, stress reduction, recovering from injuries, seniors (65+), or anyone wanting to start their day off in a blissful way.

This class offered to our senior community for $5 rate.
Hot Yoga
Consists of a balanced, healthy sequence of Hatha Yoga postures praticed in a heated room. BE PREPARED TO SWEAT!

Appropriate for newcomers as well as experienced yogis
Yin Yoga
Targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice.

Suitable for almost all levels of students.
Insight Meditation

Bhakti Flow
Bhakti is the yoga of love and devotion to the god of one's own unique understanding. The flow part refers to the flowing sequence known as vinyasa.

A 55 minute fusion of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates targeting all of the muscle groups while creating a well balanced, long, lean and strong body. Set to a great musical playlist that is sure to inspire.
