EVERY SATURDAY through the Spring and Summer season….Join Paddleboard Orlando and Guruv Yoga for sunset stand up paddleboard fun on the water! This mellow paddle adventure is for all ability levels and will have plenty of play time mixed in. Don’t worry if you are new to SUP we will have an instructor on hand to provide you with all the basic instruction to get you out having a good time! We will be leaving from Tymi’s house 3830 Stillwood Lane, Lake Mary 32746 on beautiful Lake Mary and be out on the water for 90 minutes.

Every Saturday 6:00pm-7:30pm Each Session Costs: $35/ Board, etc provided or $5/ bringing own board (launching fee) Bring water, work out style clothing and a smile! We will provide the board, paddle, instruction and capture the fun times on our camera! We look forward to seeing you on the water!
